Balticbot provides custom AI tools, AI agents, and workflow automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom solutions developed for them. Balticbot retains ownership of its proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development.

4. Limitation of Liability

Balticbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Privacy

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
