1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Balticbot website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Balticbot provides AI-powered solutions including chatbot development, AI agent creation, custom software development, and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Startup Offer
Our startup offer provides free project development for the first 10 clients. Clients under this offer are responsible for any API usage costs incurred by their deployed solutions. Free-tier API options are available. This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment (or completion under the startup offer), clients receive full ownership of the custom solutions developed for them. Balticbot retains ownership of its proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development.
5. Limitation of Liability
Balticbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
